Second entry for the same dog is $15.00. There is no charge for Junior Showmanship. Fees must accompany entries and must be in possession of the show secretary by the closing date. The club assumes no responsibility for duplicate entries or for wrong or incomplete information give on the entry form by the owner or his agent. Entries cannot be cancelled or substituted and entry fees cannot be refunded after the closing date. Conditional entries will not be accepted nor will entries from persons owing past debts to the club. PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $25.00 charge assessed on all returned checks. NOTICE Dogs which according to their owner’s records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing, but whose championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred from a regular class to the Best of Breed competition, provided the change is made with the Show Secretary at least 30 minutes before the start of judging. Junior Handlers who have won a third Novice class after closing may transfer their entry to Open provided the transfer is made 30 minutes prior to the beginning of judging by the Show Secretary. The hosting clubs are not responsible for the loss, damage or death any dog exhibited, nor are they responsible for the possessions of an exhibitor. It is understood that each dog is in the care, custody and control of its owner or the owner’s agent during the time it is on the show premises. Dogs may arrive anytime prior to the scheduled time of judging and will be excused when no longer needed for further judging. The Show will be open from 7:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
